Meet Dr. Jimmy Duong

Dr. Jimmy Duong graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science degree with honours in Human Biology. He continued his studies at UofT to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree with honours in 2014. He was awarded the Dr. Boris Pulec award (student with the highest combined academic average in the fourth-year courses in the disciplines of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Periodontics and Prosthodontics) and Dr. Edward G. Sonley Award (most outstanding student in the subject of clinical restorative dentistry).

Since then, he has continued to expand his knowledge and clinical skills in the field of dentistry by taking continuing education courses, including a year-long comprehensive course in dental implantology. He is currently an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry as well the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.

In his spare time, Dr. Duong enjoys staying active by working out and playing sports, such as hockey and golf.
